Tamron SP 300mm F/2.8 LD (60B) Lens

Tamron SP 300mm F/2.8 LD-IF model 60B Adaptall-2 manual fast-aperture telephoto lens

The Tamron SP 300mm F/2.8 LD is a fast, high performance telephoto lens using low dispersion glass in two lens elements in the front group. Intention being to reduce chromatic aberration, astigmatism and image field curvature to a minimum, to provide high optical performance even at its maximum aperture.

The SP300mm lens consists of 10 elements in 7 groups and features an internal focusing (IF) system, which means the overall length of the lens does not vary with focus changes. The lens also features a variable pitch design for smooth focusing and a pre-set focus stop mechanism for instant refocus to a pre-set setting.
